PURPOSE:To obtain the prepreg for a laminate capable of producing the laminate excellent in electric and mechanical properties by a method in which after the base material for a laminate has been kiss coated, included air is exhausted, and after the laminate has passed through the bath containing thermosetting resin varnish, the excess thermosetting resin varnish is removed. CONSTITUTION:The base material 1 for a laminate is set in the first bath containing thermosetting resin varnish 2 and is impregnated with thermosetting resin varnish 2, while passing a kiss roll 4. The thermosetting resin varnish 2 is pushed into the base material 1, and simultaneously the air included therein is exhausted, while passing said base material 1 on a squeezing roll 5. Next, the thermosetting resin varnish 2 is dipped again into the base material 1 for a laminate by the dip roll 7 placed in the second bath 6 containing the same thermosetting resin varnish 2 as the varnish in the first bath 3. Then, the excess thermosetting resin varnish is squeezed by a squeezing roll 8, and resin adhering amount is regulated. Thus, the prepreg for a laminate without warpage or twist in the manufactured laminate, may be obtained. |
