PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality and manufacture of the solar battery module as well as to enable to economize the use of material by a method wherein the heat-resisting film, having an electrically insulating glassy moisture-proof film which is vapor-deposited on one side, is included in the constitution of the layer. CONSTITUTION:The backside protecting film 10 is formed by laminating from above a filler sheet 3, a glassy moisture-proof film 1, a heat-resisting film 2 and a weather-resisting film 4. At this point, the heat-resisting film 2 is turned to a supporting member to be used when a vapor-deposition is performed on the glassy moisture-proof ilm 1. As the electrically insulating glassy moisture-proof film 1, an inorganic film having silicon oxide as a main ingredient is suitable with respect to the adaptabilities in vapor-deposition, continuous film formation, moisture-proofness and the cost of manufacture, and 200-1,000Angstrom is desirable for the thickness of the vapor-deposition film. When the backside protecting film is going to be formed, solar battery elements 6 which were connected by wiring in advance, are placed on the upper transparent material 5 whereon the filler sheet 7 for upper protection is laid, the lower protection filler sheet 7 is covered on the upper transparent material 5, or it is not covered and the titled backside protecting sheet 10 is directly covered with the side of moisture-proof film 1 or the side of the filler 3 laminated thereon is facing inside. A heat pressing is performed on the whole body under the state of decompression, the backside protecting sheet is formed in one body by fusing, and the end part is fixed by sealing using the frame body 8 of aluminum and the like. |
