At that time, the 3rd and 4th planet gears 68, 70 engaged with a small gear 56 of the 2nd capstan 22 are rotated clockwise together with the 2nd oscillation lever 63 and the 3rd planet small gear 68 is engaged with the 2nd gear 30 of the 3rd reel shaft 16 to transmit the turning force of the motor 114 to the 2nd gear 30.
