PURPOSE:To improve the position accuracy by providing a movable plate on the bottom of a guide groove of a carriage guide frame, and pushing it by an adjusting screw to eliminate a gap between the ball between the grooves and the wall of the guide groove. CONSTITUTION:A voice coil type motor 1 is composed by forming a stator of a cylindrical yoke 2, a permanent magnet 3 and a core 4, and movably engaging a cylindrical coil 5 to become a movable element between the yoke 2 and the core 4. The coil 5 is secured through an impact absorbing damper 9 to the rear surface of a carriage 8. A carriage guide frame 7 which secures the yoke 2 has a guide groove 10, and a wire 12 for guiding a ball 11 is secured to the bottom of the groove. A movable plate 13 in which two wires 12' are secured is engaged with the other guide groove 10, and an adjusting screw 14 is screwed with the frame 7. The plate 13 is moved by the screw 14 to eliminate a gap between the wires 12 and 12', 16, thereby reducing a fluctuation. |
