The invention relates to a supporting apparatus for office equipment, such as terminals, computers or the like, which is adjustable by hand as regards height and inclination. The object, in such appliances, is to achieve the minimum possible structural height above the work surface, and for the apparatus also to be quick, simple and reliable to operate.
