PURPOSE:To obtain simplified, mechanical constitution by placing an oil-pressure-proportional control valve in parallel with a spool and connecting the push rod of the oil-pressure-proportional control valve and the spool to each other via an interlocking mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An oil-pressure-proportional control valve F is placed in parallel with a spool 12, while the push rod 28 of the oil-pressure-proportional control valve F and the spool 12 are connected to each other via interlocking mechanism 21. With this contrivance, pilot pressure that is proportional to the amount of operation of the spool 12 of a change-over valve V is produced so that the amount of discharge of a variable capacity pump can be controlled by means of the pilot pressure. Thus, the mechanical constitution can be simplified.
