PURPOSE:To prevent a melting material from insufficiently filling or producing air bubbles therein by uniformly flowing the material in a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A position gate 9 is disposed inside position of the end of a blade 4a in a stationary mold 6, and opposed to the side of a core 5. When a melting material 12 is filled in a cavity 1 from the gate 9, the material 12 contacts the side of the core 5 to sequentially fill the movable mold 7 side through a slot 2 from the mold 6 side in the cavity 1, thereby uniformly flowing the material. Accordingly, it can effectively prevent the material from insufficiently filling or producing air bubbles therein. |
