PURPOSE:To obtain a tape cured very easily to the interior of a film continuously and rationally, by coating the surface of a plastic base material with a mixture of an epoxy resin with an ultraviolet light functional Lewis acid salt, carbon black, etc., and curing the resultant coat with ultraviolet light. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a plastic base material is coated with a composition consisting essentially of an epoxy resin, ultraviolet light functional Lewis acid salt, carbon black and/or graphite, and the resultant coat is then cured by irradiation with ultraviolet light. The composition is obtained by incorporating 100pts.wt. total of the epoxy resin and the Lewis acid salt with 10-100pts.wt. carbon black and/or graphite (having 0.1-50mum particle diameter), preferably 10-40pts.wt. acetylene black having 30-50mum average particle diameter.
