PURPOSE:To obtain the superior speed change characteristic by controlling the speed change of the speed change mechanism of a sub transmission on the basis of the input torque of the sub transmission. CONSTITUTION:An ignition switch is turned-ON to start the engine E of a car. The traveling state of the car is detected according to each value on a throttle opening-degree sensor 601, car-speed sensor 602, main transmission output-shaft revolution-speed sensor 603, power selecting switch 604, brake lamp switch 605, main transmission shift-lever position sensor 606, sub transmission shift-lever position sensor 607, engine output torque detecting sensor 608, etc. Therefore, the speed change operation of the speed change mechanism of the sub transmission is controlled on the basis of the input torque of the sub transmission, and the superior speed change characteristic can be obtained. |
