PURPOSE:To preferably operate an inverter by providing a back surface material fully filled at the back surface side of a solar battery cell group, a plurality of metal foils and positive/negative output terminals buried in the back surface material, connecting directly with the inverter, thereby eliminating an auxiliary part necessary in the past. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of solar battery cells 2, 2,... are connected in series with lead wirings 3 to form a solar battery cell group, a glass plate 1 is disposed at the light receiving surface side of the group, and the back surface side is sealed by a sealing back surface material 4. A plurality of metal foils 5a, 5b are buried oppositely in the material 4 to form a capacitor. The foil 5a becomes one electrode, is connected by an output lead 6a led from one end of the group to a positive output terminal 7a, and the foil 5b becomes the other electrode, is connected by an output lead 6b led from the other terminal of the group to a negative output terminal 7b. Thus, capacitors or the secondary battery necessary by attaching externally can be eliminated. |
