PURPOSE:To prevent the water having a temperature different from the set temperature from flowing out of a hot water supplying port when the temperature of dead water in a hot water supplying pipe does not lie within the allowable temperature difference of the set temperature, by a structure wherein a hot water supplying port, a drainage port and a temperature detecting part are provided at a draw-off port. CONSTITUTION:The hot water delivered from an instantaneous hot water supplier 1 is supplied through a hot water supplying pipe 3 to a draw-off port consisting of a hot water supplying port 2 and a drainage port 9. The water temperature at the draw-off port is detected by means of a temperature detecting part 10. If the difference between the water temperature at the draw-off port and the set temperature lies within the allowable range of the set temperature, a hot water supplying valve 6 is open and hot water is supplied to the hot water supplying port 2. If the difference between the temperature of dead water in the hot water supplying pipe 3 and the set temperature does not lie within said allowable range, the dead water is drained from a drainage port 9 and, when the water temperature at the draw-off port enters the allowable range of the set temperature after the complete drainage of the dead water, a drainage valve 8 is closed and the hot water supplying valve 6 is open, resulting in supplying the hot water having the set temperature to the hot water supplying port 2 since the start of hot water supply. Thus, the hot water having in temperature different from the set temperature is prevented from flowing out of a hot water supplying port, when the temperature of dead water in a hot water supplying pipe does not lie within the allowable temperature difference of the set temperature, by providing a hot water supplying port, a drainage port and a temperature detecting part.
