PURPOSE:To enable to obtain various flow rate characteristics by changing the flow rate linearly with time by a method wherein a flow rate correcting means and a turning angle setting means are provided in a flow rate calculating and controlling means. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of an air conditioning device 1, which is operated with a constant quantity of suction air, a cylindrical duct 2, which send the air heat-exchanged at the air conditioning device 1 to a plurality of cylindrical blow-off ports 3, discharge regulators 5 to rotatingly drive a rotary louver 4 and an electronic control unit 6 to control the respective discharge regulators 5. The electronic control unit 6 performs the predetermined calculation so as to change the air flow rate Q linearly with time based upon the basic data measured between the turning angle theta of the rotary louver 4 and the air flow rate Q. Based upon said calculation, the electronic control unit 6 outputs a control signal to a stepping motor 9 in order for the stepping motor 9 to drive the rotary louver 4 so as to set its turning angle. Thus, the unbalance of flow rates among air passages is corrected, resulting in obtaining the constant flow rates at all times.
