PURPOSE:A cataplasm suitable for medical use, cosmetic used, etc., releasing an active substance to scalf skin without absorbing liposome endemically, showing sufficient medical effect, obtained by adding liposome containing an active substance to a cataplasm base component. CONSTITUTION:Liposome containing an active substance is added to a cataplasm base component, to give a cataplasm. Liposome containing an active substance, for example, can be obtained by dissolving a liposome film-forming material (lipid) in an organic solvent (e.g., chloroform, metahnol, etc.), distilling away the solvent to form a film (thin film of lipid), adding an aqueous solution of an active substance to the film, followed by shaking, stirring, etc. An active substance (e.g., anti-inflammatory agent, remedy for pimples, etc.) is added to liposome, which is added to a cataplasm base, to obtain a cataplasm capable of showing sufficient medical effect without causing various problems. |
