<p>Cement compsn. such as concrete, cement paste or mortar, is blended with water sol. epoxy resin, aliphatic amine and cement dispersing agent, and hardened. The epoxy resin is obtd. by epoxidation of glycerin, digylcerin, polyglycerin, sorbitol, mannitol, trimethylolpropane, pentaerythritol or polyethyleneglycol, and is used in amt. 5 - 30 wt.% (pref. 10 - 20 wt.%) on cement. The amine is a polyalkylenepolyamine and used in amt. of 1 - 1.5 mols per epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin. Cement dispersing agent having >5% of water reducibility is used. Pref. the cement dispersing agent is naphthaline sulphonic acid-formalin condensate, melamine sulphonic acid-formalin condensate, creosote oil-formalin condensate, salt of lignin-sulphonic acid, gluconate, etc.</p> |
