<p>PURPOSE:To store a semidouble circuit type terminal which displays a transmission request signal and a transmission request end signal into a packet type exchange network in a general-purpose way, by disusing a packet having a passing fault. CONSTITUTION:A transmission request signal and a transmission request end signal which are displayed by a terminal TA are detected by a network interface device, and the information on this detection is changed into a packet by a network interface device NIA at the transmission side. Then the NIA stores the packet information to a terminal at the reception side. The information is transferred mutually between the device NIA and a network interface device NIB at the reception side. Thus the NIA detects the time variance of signals within a network including the NIB when the NIB informs a confirming answer to the packet of information on the transmission reqest end signal. Then a packet having a passing fault is disused by the NIA. Thus it is possible to store a semidouble circuit type terminal into a packet type exchange network via both devices NIA and NIB with no consciousness of the terminal transmission procedure.</p> |
