PURPOSE:To steplessly alter the rotating speed of a screw by associating an accumulator with a flowrate control valve, providing a plasticizing circuit and an energy-saving plasticizing circuit, and suitably selecting these circuits, thereby reducing the power loss of the plasticizing circuit. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic oil exhausted from an accumulator 6 is supplied through a flow rate control valve 5 to a hydraulic motor 8 at reference plasticization selecting time, and the rotating speed of the motor 8 is steplessly shifted at its speed by the valve 5, and oil exhausted from the pump 1 all becomes the power of the motor 8. Thus, energy loss can be prevented by selecting the energy-saving plasticizing circuit at high speed low load operation time. Since a high speed low load material is not generally sensitive for the rotating speed of the screw, the fine adjustment of the rotating speed is not necessary. Accordingly, it can be sufficiently used at the high speed constant rotation. Further, the rotating speed can be controlled in two steps or multisteps while performing energy-saving by employing 2-step or multi-step torque conversion system for the motor. |
