PURPOSE:To facilitate the exchange of a centrifugal separation element, by connecting a large number of centrifugal separation elements to support plate by a flange bolt attachment structure. CONSTITUTION:Necessary places in the sides of a cyclone tube 10, a riser tube 11 and an element support plate 5 are preliminarily connected by welding. In the next step, the flange part 10a of the cyclone tube 10, a cap 13 and the flange part 18b of an element support flange 18 are clamped by a cap bolt 14. Further, necessary places in the side of a riser support plate 4 are connected by welding and, thereafter, the flange part 11c of the riser tube 11 is clamped to a riser support plate flange 16 by a riser tube bolt 33. At last, a ceramic tube 17 and a ceramic plate 12 are received in the cyclone tube 10 and fully clamped by the cap bolt 14 and the riser tube bolt 33.
