PURPOSE:To shorten time required for correcting the number of sheets, to simplify a correcting operation, and also to prevent generation of a correcting mistake by constituting so that the number of copy sheets can be corrected without stopping the copying operation on the way of the copying operation. CONSTITUTION:When a desired number of copy sheets ''30'' is set to a counter by a copy sheet number setting part 1 (S1), and a copy start button is pushed (S2), a copying operation is started and copying is executed by one sheet each (S3). In this case, when a numerical value ''50'' is registered by a ten key of a sheet number correcting part 2 in order to correct the number of copy sheets to ''50'', on the way of copying, and subsequently, a change key CH is operated (S4), a remaining copy sheet number detecting part 3-1 subtracts the number of copy sheets which has been ended before the time when the change key CH is operated, from the corrected number of sheets ''50'', and the remaining number of sheets to be copied thereafter is obtained. This number of sheets is set immediately to the copy sheet number setting counter, and the copy is obtained. |
