PURPOSE:To enable to attain automation of work to connect the terminal to the coil of a flat air-core coil by a method wherein the coil is interposed between terminal plates. CONSTITUTION:A coil base plate is formed of a printed substrate G drawn with the necessary pattern, and rounds are provided to the positions of the innermost layer and the outermost layer of a coil F. Metal plate terminals 30 bent in an L- shape are soldered to the rounds thereof, the wound layers of the coil F are interposed between the terminals 30 thereof, and the terminals 30 and the copper foils (a) of the innermost layer and the outermost layer of the coil F are soldered or welded by laser. Wiring is performed to the pattern of the printed substrate G. Accordingly, equipping work of the terminals to the coil can be automated, work to equip the coil to the coil base plate and connection work to the outside can be performed at the same time, and simplification of the process can be attained. |
