The device comprises a printed-circuit board (18) with a plurality of conductors and terminals (B1-B12) for receiving in a detachable manner auxiliary elements such as a network interruptor (22), an interference-screening capacitor (23) and an electronic control circuit (24) which can each be plugged into these terminals. Rigid plug-in strips (17) connect the stator winding (3) of the motor (1) to the printed-circuit board (18). The board and the auxiliary elements are held in place by lugs (26) and ribs (27) of a closing cover (11).
