PURPOSE:To make a superior atomization condition even under a low pressure by a method wherein a distributor for supplying atomized fluid is rotatably driven by a driving means. CONSTITUTION:A distributor 16 is rotated under a driving force of a driving shaft 10, oil passed into a vortex chamber 20 through fine holes 18 along with a rotation of the distributor 16 produces a vortex while being rotated around the center of the driving shaft. The vortex flow is applied with a circulating flow with an agitating plate 22 through a groove made at the extremity end of the distributor and then ejected out from the ejection hole 24. With this arrangement, it is possible to make a superior atomized condition even under a low pressure condition.
