<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of furnishing an additional tact line used for sealing work by automatically executing the sealing work inside a car while a car body is continuously carried along a continuous line. CONSTITUTION:A movable frame 4 is kept still until a car body B being continuously carried by a wagon 3 reaches the position corresponding to that of the movable frame 4. When the car body B reaches the specified position, a synchronous joint device 6 is operated to make mechanical joint of the movable frame 4 with the wagon 3 so that the movable frame 4 is synchronized with the wagon 3 to start travelling. A loading device 8 receives an industrial robot 15A from a return conveyor 14a and holds the chuck part 12a thereof. Once the car body B is synchronized with the frame 4. A manupulator 12 synchronously travels to have the industrial robot thrown into the car. The robot 15A executes sealing of the specified parts inside the car and an unloading device 9 is then taken out from the inside of the car.</p> |
