PURPOSE:To execute easily the operation of seal collation and judgement at a high speed by instructing rotation and parallel shifting by a switch when a registered seal print retrieved and extracted and the collated seal print which is image-picked-up are overlapped on the same display scope to display. CONSTITUTION:When the account number is inputted from a keyboard 12, a control circuit 14 retrieves and extracts registered seal print data corresponding to the account number in a seal file 1a, and displays them on a color CRT11 through a registered seal print data memory circuit 6. When an operator sets the voucher, where a collated seal print is stamped, to a reading stand of an image pickup device 3, and instructs the collation through the keyboard 12, the image pickup device 3 reads out the voucher, and simultaneously displays it on the color CRT11 through a collated seal print data memory circuit 7. The keyboard 12 is provided with a switch to rotate a collated seal print, and when the switch is depressed, the image pickup device 3 rotates and a collated seal print relatively rotates. Moreover the keyboard 12 is provided with a switch to shift a collated seal print in parallel, and when the switch is pushed, timing of reading out data of the collated seal print data memory circuit 7 is controlled. |
