<p>A fumigating composition for exterminating pests contains a mixture of a pyrethroid-type compound of the general formula <CHEM> wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 is a 2-methyl-prnpenyl group when R1 is a hydrogen atom and a methyl group when R1 is a methyl group, and X is a 2-allyl-3-methyl-cyclopent-2-ene-1-one-4-yl group or a 2-propargyl-3-methylcyclopent-2-ene-1-one-4-yl group; and 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzyl 2,2-dimethyl-3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl) cyclopropanecarboxylate. The composition has an excellent synergistic effect.</p> |
