PURPOSE:To mix uniformly a mixture and to prevent the retention in the bottom of a cylindrical mixer by providing symmetrically in parallel plural pieces of hollow blades which reach nearly the scraping blades on a hollow rotating shaft penetrating the central part of the mixer. CONSTITUTION:By the rotation of a cylindrical mixer A, the mixture of MC and the bread powder of the inside thereof is scraped up with the scraping blades 2 which are provided along the inside wall surface. Then it starts to fall from the time when the surfaces of the blades 2 are slightly slanted from a horizontal plane but does not fall at once in a solidified state and flows down gradually in a dispersed state due to the zigzag projections 5 on the surface of the blades 2. Since a stirring blade B is rotated in the high velocity for the cylindrical mixer A, even if the flowing-down mixture is made to a block, it is crushed with the hollow blades 12 and uniformly mixed without losing the fluidity.
