PURPOSE:To suppress a surge voltage to a low value by coating an insulating cover on positive and negative pole electrode sides, closely contacting flat portions of flat mesh copper wirings except a connecting end and wiring them. CONSTITUTION:Flat mesh copper wirings 8a, 8b coated with an insulating cover 9 are used as connecting wirings of a capacitor 3 with transistor modules 4a, 4b. Further, both are clamped by a cable clamp sold in the market to closely contact the flat surfaces of the wiring 8a, 8b except the connecting end. When the copper wirings are used as connecting wirings, the inductance of a line decreases, and a surge voltage when the transistor is turned OFF can be suppressed to a low value. |
