PURPOSE:To provide various kinds of forming work to the end part of pipe efficiently at low initial cost by providing the 1st and 2nd forming surfaces to a rotational body and making the 1st and 2nd positions freely changeable and fixable in constituting a titled device. CONSTITUTION:In flaring work, the 1st forming surface F1 is made to act on the end part of a pipe 2 to be worked throughout its whole circumference in order to expand the end part into a trumpet shape, while moving the conical surface F1 to the direction of the center X of rotating axis in a state of fixing the surface F1 to the 1st position. In belling work, the 2nd forming surface F2 in a state of intersecting perpendicularly with the center X of rotating axis, is made to act on the pipe 2 end-part expanded into the trumpet shape in order to form a flange part, while moving the surface F1 to the direction of the center X after finishing the flaring work and displacing and fixing the surface F1 to the 2nd position. In rounding work, the pipe 2 formed to have a conical shape at its front end and a columnar shape as a whole, and the pipe 2 end is formed into a perfectly round shape by making the surface F2 act on the inner circumferential surface throughout its whole circumference. |
