PURPOSE:To obtain a titled antireflection film having excellent durability without generating any cracks by forming an SiO2 vapor-deposited film, an MgF2 vapor-deposited film, and an SiO2 vapor-deposited film successively on the surface of a plastic optical component part. CONSTITUTION:A silicon dioxide vapor-deposited film 4, a magnesium fluoride vapor-deposited film 5, and a silicon dioxide vapor-deposited film 6 are formed on the surface of a plastic optical component part 1 used for an optical system such as a video camera successively in order from the surface side of the part 1 to the air side while keeping the optical component part 1 at <=60 deg.C to obtain the desired antireflection film. The obtained antireflection film has excellent resistance to humidity and heat, does not peel off and degenerate under high humidity and temps., and can be easily mass-produced. |
