发明名称 CONTROLLING SYSTEM OF COMBUSTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain control system of combustion which can control automatically concentration of harmful material under a restricted value without relying on a skilled operator and is highly reliable, by adjusting a flow ratio based on a value obtained at a plurality of times in the past in relation to an ingredient of combustion gas measured by spectroscopic analysis to the flow ratio between air and fuel. CONSTITUTION:Laser rays are irradiated on the tip part of a burner flame, whose combustion is to be completed, for measurement of concentration of combustion gas and sepectroscopic analysis of CARS light to be generated herewith is performed. Then the most suitable quantity of operation to a plurality of operation ends is decided by making use of a nonlinear programing method through a relation between the quantity of operation of a burner and measured concentration of an ingredient of the combustion gas. When this combustion control system is applied to control a pulverized coal burner 200 of a thermal power station, a CARS measureng device consisting of a laser oscillator 40 and a spectroscopic analyzer 44 is provided on a position wherein the No concentration at the tip of a flame can be measured at all times, and three quantities of operations such as an angle of an air distribution damper, an angle of a blade of a distributor, and an angle of a blade of a swirling device are applied to an optimization device 100 by making use of the measured No concentration. With this construction, the angle 50 of the desired air distribution damper, the angle 60 of the desired blade of the fuel distributor and the angle 70 of the desired swirling blade are outputted. When the above treatment is performed periodically, the No concentration can be controlled under a restricted value at all times.
