PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of defective products due to stringiness by a method in which a sprue is formed slantly to the opening and closing direction of molds, and an angular portion of an acute cross section is formed inside of the inclined direction of the sprue on the final end periphery leading to the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A sprue 26 is formed slantly to the moving direction of a movable mold 28 in such a way that when the tip of a sprue molding M26 passes by the final end of the sprue 26, the molding M26 is turned counterclockwise around the joint portion with a runner molding M29 and restored to the original state. Stringing 32 is thereby cut off near the molding M26 by an angular portion 23a of an acute cross section, formed on the final end periphery of the sprue 26. |
