发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING OUTPUT IN SPARK IGNITION TYPE ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the engine output characteristic of constant revolution in spite of the load of an engine by a method wherein an igniter, incorporated into an angle delay circuit for output control which is connected to an ignition coil, is provided with a potentiometer for controlling lag angle revolving number in order delay a spark angle with a constant gradient. CONSTITUTION:The values of resistances of the angle delay circuit in an ignitor and a potentiometer are preset so that the angle of spark advance is delayed with the gradient of about 10 deg. in the revolving range of 5,500-6,000rpm. When the engine has arrived at 5,500-6,000rpm, the angle delay circuit is operated to delay the advance angle with the gradient of about 10 deg. and the output of the engine is reduced rapidly from the maximum output at B point on the 5,500rpm line in the diagram to the A point in the same diagram. On the other hand, in case the absorbing horse power of a working machine upon no load is expressed by a curve passing through the A point, the engine and the working machine are matched at the A point. Then, the revolution of the engine is reduced when a load is generated, however, the engine output is increased suddenly in accordance with the reduction of revolution by the delay of the spark advance angle. According to this method, the fluctuation of the revolving number of the engine may be eliminated substantially and the output characteristic of constant revolution may be obtained inspite of loaded or non-loaded condition.
