In order to be able to fasten shuttering boards on a structure in a simple and time-saving manner, a device for fastening shuttering boards on a structure which comprises a holding clip, which can be fastened on the structure, and a fastening device, by way of which the holding clip can be fastened on the shuttering board, is characterised in that the fastening device comprises at least one clip holder which can be screwed onto or nailed into the shuttering board and which exhibits at least one recess, into which the holding clip can be pushed, and at least one spacer, the bearing surface of which is smaller than the square of the widthwise extent of the holding clip.
