PURPOSE:To prevent a conductor from deforming by deciding a shaping position by predicting the elongation of a connection unit, moving a shaping unit at the prescribed speed until the shapin is completed and escaping the elongation of the conductor during shaping. CONSTITUTION:The end position of the other end is detected by end sensors 12a, 12b in the state that one end of a conductor 1 is placed on a shaping unit 7. Then, the end of the conductor 1 is shaped by a pressing machine 6 to form the first connection unit 1a. At this time, the second shaping unit 11 is moved rightward by a moving unit 15, the right end of the conductor 1 is detected by the sensors 12a, 12b, and the moved distance of the second shaping unit 11 is stored at this time. The second unit 11 is positioned by predicting the elongation to obtain the effective length after finishing, and the second connection unit is shaped by the unit 11. The second unit 11 is moved in the elongation direction in response to the shaping speed at this time. |
