PURPOSE:To easily and exactly correct data on date and time by a method in which data on date and time are displayed on a displayer for every item, and the display is made by matching correcting marks with items to be corrected. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 6-2 is switched to date mode, in CPU, a date mode program is practised and date data, items and correcting marks, e.g., ( data 58-12-25, time 10-36), from a real time clock are displayed on a message area 5-1. When the date data are wanted to correct, the data are displayed on a price display area 5-3 when date data, e.g., (590101), are input by the key of the key board 6-1. Therefore, when the (date) key is pushed after confirming the display, the real time clock is corrected. Since correcting mark is moved before the time, the time data are corrected when correcting data are inputted in the same way as in correction of data and time key is pushed.
