PURPOSE:To improve quality and workability of the terminal processing of a lead, by providing a triangular collapsing working portion in the base of a round pin terminal of a winding frame. CONSTITUTION:A winding frame 9 molded of plastics and having flanges 7 and 8 on both ends if provided with a plurality of round pin terminals 10 which are implanted on the flange 7. A triangular working portion 11 is formed in the base of each terminal 10. A lead terminal 12 of the winding wound around the base of the round pin terminal 10 is subjected to a stress at the edge of the working portion. The extension 13 of the lead is fixed to rotate the bobbin by a certain angle, or a tension is applied to the terminal 12, so that the lead can be cut at the point contacted with the round pin terminal 10 without causing any whiskers. Further, the edges of the working portion can be utilized with a tension applied in any direction. According to this constitution, the winding can be wound firmly around the pin terminal, and the number of windings can be reduced while the workability can be improved. |
