PURPOSE:To attain to enhance accuracy, by hermetically sealing a pair of takeout member, which are arranged between a pair of fixed walls, by bellows and connecting the takeout members to a test piece and a detector by connection members projected from the inside and outside of the bellows to measure the displacement amount between marked points. CONSTITUTION:A pair of flanges 14, 15 for taking out the displacement amount of a test piece 1 between marked points are arranged between end walls 11, 12 of a bellows case 10 and respectively hermetically sealed by bellows 9. In the next step, a connection pipe 17 and a connection rod 18 are provided so as to be projected into the bellows 9 while a pair of arms 19, 20 are fixed to the marked points of the test piece 1 and the flange 14 is connected to the connection pipe 17 and the arm 19, and the flange 15 is connected to the connection rod 18 and the arm 20. Further, connection rods 24, 25 provided to the outside of the bellows 9 are connected to a differential transformer 21 consisting of a coil 22 and an iron core 23. By this mechanism, the displacement amount of the test piece 1 between marked points is accurately measured by the differential transformer 21. |
