DISK CARTRIDGE LOADING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To assure the operation of a disk cartridge loading device with no contact nor collision between a cartridge and a magnetic head, by permitting the ejection of the cartridge only when the cartridge is detached from the magnetic head in an ejection scan mode of the cartridge. CONSTITUTION:When an ejection operation button 18 is pushed, a holder 12 is set at the 3rd position higher than the initial 1st position and a cartridge 17 is separated completely from a magnetic head 1a. In this case, an arm 14 is also set at the 3rd position turned counterclockwise more than the 1st position. An extended part of 14b of the arm 14 holds up an end part 21b of a cartridge hook member attached to the holder 12, and a cartridge hook member 21 is rocked counterclockwise with a slot 12b of the holder 12 used as a fulcrum. Thus the hook is released between a positioning hole 17b of the cartridge and a projection 21a of the member 21. Then the left-right shift limitation of the cartridge is released and a support member 13 is energized left by a support member spring 15. Thus a bent part 13b of the member 13 moves to the left while ejecting the cartridge 17 to the left side and is reset back to the 1st position where the part 13b can hold a holder pin 12a.
