Apparatus for cleaning surfaces with water with collection of the waste for recycling and subsequent use. It consists of an additional superposed bow (prow) formed by two hatches 2 which articulate with the sides of the vessel by hydraulic means 4 and other lateral additional hatches 5, forming gathering blades in the forward movement of the vessel; of a multiple filter 9 for retention of the waste; and of a pump 13 for aspirating the actual waste to one or more storage tanks 15 or to an apparatus 17 for converting waste into specific products by means of recycling various materials contained in the waste.
