PURPOSE:To improve the operability by releasing the locking between a power gear and a power plate at interruption of power and retarding the start of operation of the power plate at application of power. CONSTITUTION:The power plate 3 interlocked with a roller change plate is returned to the central position at interruption of power, the lock of the power gear 1 is released and the gear is stopped at a position meshing with a gear 2 of the motor side finally. Thus, the member is moved smoothly without giving a load to the motor. While the power gear 1 is turned to the reverse position at application of power, since an electromagnetic plunger for power plate lock is provided with a delay circuit, the plunger is not immediately attracted. When the power gear 1 turns a half, the electromagnetic plunger starts attraction and the power plate 3 is moved forward attended with the turning of the power gear 1 toward the forward direction. After the power plate 3 is locked forward, the power gear 1 is turned further, the lock link 6 meshes with the step of a cam 1c of the power gear at the forward position and stopped while being locked.
