PURPOSE:To obtain desired voltage using a metal plate for a base plate without special wirings by a method wherein a pair of photoelectric conversion elements of which polarity are contrary are arranged on the conductivity surface of the plate, and said photoelectric elements are connected in a series through the conductivity surface. CONSTITUTION:The first and the second photoelectric conversion element 11a, 11b are arranged in filmy state on a base plate 10 which is given the conductivity surface by metal. The first semiconductor connection J1 and the second semiconductor connection J2 are formed in the photoelectric conversion element 11a, and the third and the fourth semiconductor connection J3, J4 are formed in the photoelectric conversion element 11b so as to have the inverted polarity. The photoelectric conversion element 11a and the photoelectric conversion element 11b are connected electrically in series through the conductivity surfaces, so as the desired voltage is obtained without providing connecting parts for exclusive use on the surface of the base plate. |
