PURPOSE:To reduce current consumption by separating the circuit voltage which actuates a circuit repeater and that actuating only a general sensor and making the level of impedance of the circuit repeater input high compared with the circuit with the latter circuit voltage. CONSTITUTION:A voltage detecting part 17 of a circuit repeater 5 detects VL and VH of the circuit voltage on a circuit 4. When the voltage VL is detected, a transmission processing part 18 can work with the detection output to transmit information to a trunk line repeater 3 by a pulse code signal superposed on the circuit 4. While a high impedance control part 11 works when the voltage VH is detected. Thus the transmission of information is stopped at the part 18. At the same time, the repeater 5 has a high impedance to the circuit 4 to reduce the circuit current.
