PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the endurance quality with the elapse of time owing to the corrosion of aluminum by a method wherein the titled element is composed so as an aluminum film is not exist at the terminal part of wirings. CONSTITUTION:In this constitution, a wiring conductor is made as two laminated layers with chrome B and aluminum A at the normal wiring part H, but there is only chrome film A as a upper layer only at the terminal part G, and aluminum film A at the wiring terminal is covered perfectly with passivation films D. The corrosion of the aluminum film at the wiring terminal part and accordingly the deterioration of the connecting part can be prevented and, due to such constuction, a magnetoresistance element with high reliability can be obtained. |
