PURPOSE:To attain a large transfer margin though a transfer pattern is made small-sized, by dividing a magnetic bubble transmission pattern to plural layers and interposing a nonmagnetic layer between these layers. CONSTITUTION:The first SiO2 layer 14 and the second SiO2 layer 15 are interposed between the first ''Permalloy'' layer 11 and the second ''Permalloy'' layer 12 and between the second ''Permalloy'' layer 12 and the third ''Permalloy'' layer 13 to constitute a chevron pattern 10. Thus, magnetic bubbles can be transferred with a low rotating magnetic field, and a wide transfer margin is attained. |
