PURPOSE:To prevent an uneven cleaning by always bringing a cleaning blade to an optimum press-contact, by reducing a press-contact operation of the cleaning blade by eccentricity of a rotary cylindrical image carrier by a compensating means. CONSTITUTION:A lever 5 is controlled through the other end 7a of an oscillating lever 7 for forming a compensating means whose one end 7b contacts by pressing to a photosensitive drum A by eccentricity of the drum A, and a variation of a press-contact operation to the drum A of a cleaning blade 2 is reduced. Accordingly, the cleaning blade 2 is always brought to an optimum press-contact even if there is eccentricity in the photosensitive drum, and generation of an uneven cleaning is prevented. |
