PURPOSE:To eliminate positional deviation of a heat generating resistor array by making the width size in the direction perpendicular to the heat generating resistor array of a base substrate smaller than the sum of the width size of a heat generating resistor substrate in the same direction and that of a driving circuit substrate in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating resistor array 1a provided with numerous heat generating resistor elements in trains is formed on the surface of a heat generating resistor substrate 1. A driving circuit 2b is formed on the surface of a driving circuit substrate 2 to drive the heat generating resistor array 1a and a protective cover 2a is fastened thereon to protect the driving circuit 2b. On the other hand, the end rim of the heat generating resistor substrate 1 paralleling the heat generating resistor array 1a is glued with the end rim of the driving circuit substrate 2 by an adhesive and these are fastened on a base substrate 3' with an adhesive. The base substrate 3' is placed on a block member 4 and fastened on the block member 4 with the same adhesive. |
