PURPOSE:To reduce an inductive noise without decreasing a read-out speed by supplying a control pulse and a delay control pulse to an output signal of a sense amplifier, and making a rise and a fall of a read-out output signal smooth. CONSTITUTION:A noise control signal OCN which has brought a control pulse IN1 generated when an address ADD is varied and a control pulse IN2 passing through a delaying circuit DL, to exclusive OR processing is supplied to an output signal of a sense amplifier 4 through a transistor Q21 of an output buffer circuit, or a transistor Q22 through a delaying circuit DL10. As a result, a fall or a rise of a read-out output DOI becomes smooth without decreasing a read- out speed, and a level of an inductive noise DELTAVN2 of a reference potential GND becomes small.
