PURPOSE:To obtain the titled recording head even and stable in the performance with a sufficient mechanical strength by bending an ink nozzle plate with an ink discharge port to join with a body member so as to build up a part of an ink chamber with the bent ink nozzle plate. CONSTITUTION:A flexible ink nozzle plate 22 is sandwitched between body members 132 and 133 and is bent at the part near ink discharge ports 401-407 of the ink nozzle plate 22 according to the shape of a projection 134. An ink chamber 1,001 is mostly made up of the bent ink nozzle plate 22 and an air layer 702 is defined by a space between the bent ink nozzle plate 22 and an air nozzle plate 201. |
