PURPOSE:To withstand a very low temperature while achieving a higher vibration resistance and response, by winding a platinum resistance wire on the outer surface of a platinum cylinder with the coating of glass or the like the same in the inner expansion coefficient as the cylinder thereon while a coating of glass or the like the same in the linear expansion coefficient as the resistance wire is applied on the resistance wire to bake. CONSTITUTION:A coating of glass or ceramics 3 the same in the linear expansion coefficient as a platinum cylinder 1 is applied on the outer surface thereof 1, an insulator 5 having a lead 4 inserted and retained therein is inserted into the cylinder 1 and a lead 4a branched off the lead 4 is engaged with a notch 2. A very fine platinum resistance wire 6 is wound on the glass or the like thus coated and the end thereof is connected to the end of the lead 4a. Then, a coating of glass or ceramics the same in the linear expansion coefficient as the resistance wire 6 is applied on the resistance wire 6 to bake. This can achieve a better response with less heat capacity along with an excellent vibration resistance. |
