PURPOSE:To prevent blocking with a cooling roll and staining due to cooling by blowing cold air on the face of a molten polyolefin film extruded from the T-die of an extruder to cool its surface of the film from the side of a cooling roll, and then, coating a paper base with said molten polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION:The molten resin temp. at the outlet of the T-die 4 of an extruder is controlled to 280-320 deg.C, the face of the resin to be brought into contact with a paper base 1 is activated by the corona treatment in advance, and cold air of 15-30 deg.C temp. is blown from a slip-shaped bar 5 against the face of the molten polyolefin resin 2 on the side facing a cooling roll 7 to cool the film 2. This molten film 2 is allowed to flow on the paper base 2 and both are joined with the cooling roll 7 and a press roll 6. As a result, blocking with the cooling roll 7 and staining of this rool 7 are prevented without lowering adhession of the film 2 with the paper base 1. |
