PURPOSE:To reduce the initial storage energy by arranging two sets of decoupling reactors to effectively perform functions for two different current components. CONSTITUTION:Decoupling reactors 13a, 13b having two sets of mutual inductance values of approx. 1/several of the inductance values of the decoupling reactor 12 of a conventional reactor, the inductance effect of the same degree as the decoupling reactor 12 of the conventional reactor is performed for a current path 11b, and suppressed only to the inductance effect of approx. 1/several of the reactor 12 of the convetional reactor for a current path 8. Thus, the initial storage energy of A portion can be reduced to 1/several of the conventional reactor. |
